When everything else is becoming electronic and online why should fax be left behind? Sending and receiving faxes on the Web is as easy as printing a document or sending an e-mail. Those days are gone when people needed large fax machines to send faxes, only to spend large amount of money on its maintenance and for buying of papers. With the advent of web fax, you don’t need a machine, just a computer with an Internet connection.
Internet fax services allow you to send either single or broadcast faxes right through your web browser. If you get registered with an Internet fax service you are given an ID and a password to log into your online account. This is similar to an e-mail account where you can see your inbox and sent items. While sending faxes you are required to enter the name of the recipient and his fax number. You can send the same fax to many recipients, simply by separating their numbers using commas. Another feature of an Internet fax service is that it lets you save your phonebook to retrieve numbers later. |
